Waste collections for homes and businesses

Unwanted items can quickly become too much for a car or a spare afternoon. We collect suitable household, garden, renovation and commercial waste, with a quotation based on what needs removed and the work involved.

Homeowners, tenants, landlords, tradespeople and businesses can contact us for one-off clearances. Recurring waste collections can also be discussed where there is an ongoing requirement.

House clearances and bulky items

We can remove agreed furniture, suitable appliances, unwanted belongings and general waste from a property. This can help when preparing a home for sale or rent, downsizing, renovating or clearing an empty property. Tell us what is being kept so the collection can be planned clearly.

Garage, shed and garden clear-outs

Suitable garage and shed contents can include furniture, tools, boxes, shelving and general unwanted items. We can also discuss garden waste such as branches, hedge cuttings, grass and leaves, together with old garden furniture and other outdoor items.

Furniture and appliance removal

Replacing a sofa, bed or appliance? We can collect suitable unwanted items, including sofas, mattresses, wardrobes, tables and domestic appliances. Describe each item before booking so handling and disposal requirements can be assessed.

If a new purchase also needs delivered, see our furniture and appliance transport service. Collection of the new item and removal of the old one can be discussed together.

Renovation and commercial waste

We can discuss suitable timber, old kitchen units, flooring, packaging, fixtures and other renovation waste. For heavy materials such as rubble or bricks, the type and quantity matter when planning the vehicle and load.

Office clear-outs, retail contents, warehouse waste, unwanted stock and business renovation waste can also be assessed. Describe the waste accurately so we can confirm which materials can be accepted and how the job will be carried out.

Registered waste carrier and collection records

Bridgepoint Transport & Distribution is a registered waste carrier. Evidence of registration is available on request. We provide appropriate waste transfer documentation for our waste removal jobs, including a waste transfer note on collection.

Share the waste type, quantity and any particular materials when enquiring. We will discuss suitable removal and disposal or onward-handling arrangements before booking.

We handle the lifting and loading

You do not need to load the vehicle yourself. Our team collects the agreed items and loads them for removal. Tell us about stairs, narrow entrances, parking, long carries and the location of the waste so the handling can be planned.

For belongings that need moved to another property rather than disposed of, use our man and van service. If clearance forms part of a business relocation, see commercial removals.

Waste removal costs and coverage

We provide waste removal throughout Northern Ireland, including Belfast, Bangor, Newtownards and surrounding areas. Same-day and short-notice collections are subject to availability.

Send photographs, a description of the waste, approximate quantity, collection address and access details. Pricing considers the waste type, volume, weight, team, time, transport and disposal requirements. We will provide a free, no-obligation quote for the agreed collection.
